COMMERCIAL ENTRY WORKFLOWS
Intercom & Visitor Management Systems
SecSys designs, integrates, programs, and supports intercom and visitor-management systems for commercial and multi-residential properties.
Modern entry systems must provide secure, convenient, and manageable access for tenants, employees, visitors, delivery personnel, contractors, and service providers.
Communication, verification, door release, access permissions, elevators, garages, and system administration must work as one workflow.

ACCESS & BUILDING INTEGRATION
Doors, Elevators & Garages
Door and Automatic-Operator Integration
Intercom release may be integrated with access-control panels, door controllers, electric strikes, magnetic locks, electrified locks, door contacts, request-to-exit devices, automatic operators, accessibility push buttons, and operating schedules.
Correct sequencing ensures that the lock releases before the operator activates and that the door secures after closing.
Elevator and Garage Integration
Visitor entry may grant temporary access to an authorized elevator floor, garage, gate, secondary entrance, loading area, delivery entrance, amenity, or service area.
Elevator integration is coordinated with the elevator contractor and other responsible partners.
MULTI-PROPERTY CONTROL
Cloud Management
Cloud-managed systems may provide remote administration, multi-property management, tenant and visitor management, mobile access, event history, notifications, support, updates, and role-based permissions.
Reliable local power, network connectivity, door hardware, and correct programming remain essential.

DIAGNOSE • CORRECT • MODERNIZE
Existing-System Assessment and Troubleshooting
SecSys can review entrance panels, audio and video, door release, directory accuracy, tenant configuration, mobile and telephone communication, network connectivity, power supplies, access-control integration, automatic doors, elevators, garages, cloud configuration, administrative access, backups, and replacement options.
Typical issues include failed visitor calls, missing directory entries, mobile-app problems, poor audio or video, remote-release failures, temporary credentials not working, elevator access not granted, network or cloud failures, and permission or routing errors.
PROGRAM • TEST • VERIFY
Commissioning
Commissioning includes panel and directory programming, tenant setup, call testing, audio/video verification, door-release timing, automatic-door sequencing, visitor and QR testing, elevator and garage testing, administrator setup, events, notifications, network testing, backups, and documentation.
ONE CONNECTED WORKFLOW
More Than an Intercom Panel
SecSys designs and supports the complete visitor-access process, including communication, identity verification, door operation, elevator permissions, garage access, network connectivity, administration, and support.
